A Spark in the Snow is my first class in a year-long series. It will take place at 159 Sutton st. in Providence off of Broadway on Sunday 2/25 from 3-4:30. The cost of this class is $15-20. No one turned away for lack of funds.

The transition from February to March always seems to be a tough one. It can feel like spring is so close you can touch it, yet it is still very much winter. 

This class will focus on exploring herbal remedies + rituals for common complaints this time of year: depression, exhaustion, lack of movement/sunshine, restlessness, etc. by working with warming adaptogens, carminatives, circulatory stimulants + nervines. 
Students will be able to make a warming, mood supporting tea blend to bring home with them.
