In reflecting on the guided healing session with Mindy, I can honestly say that I have felt a joyous relief in my daily life and a sense of calm that I'm not sure I have ever felt before. The session was intensely beautiful and covered a lot of ground in just 2 hours. I also felt extremely comfortable and safe throughout the process. The days following the session, I experienced moments of weeping, spiritual purging, laughter, and an understanding of myself and my life patterns. Generally, I have felt extremely open and perceptive to various signs that have been presented to me in the form of literature, old familiar faces, travel, beautiful homes, animals, and bodies of water. I feel that these signs have acted as a type of guidance for me to learn to move forward and let go of the past. I feel a sense of overall clarity through releasing such old pain, which has resulted in a self-love that I wasn't sure I would ever know. Thank you so much for everything that you offer. I am still constantly revisiting the notes from our journey together and just in awe of how precise and clear your vision and that shamanic experience were. Since our first journey together with chamomile in December of 2021, so much has been shifting and unfolding to help me re-align with myself after a series of events and experiences that had led to deep fragmentation. On the other end, I also appreciate that you affirmed to me that my auric field felt clear and strong, furthermore a nod to the spiritual showers I take regularly which have been clearing that fragmentation I speak of.  What you were able to see and point me towards has been helpful for me making sense of certain things. I also realized there was something you saw which connects to an aspect of my European ancestry which was important for me to hear because the current mainstream narrative has a tendency to conflate the construct of “whiteness” with having European ancestry, so there had been shame knowing that I have that in my blood. But I’ve realized that I have indigenous European ancestors who were also land people, who had respect for the earth, and whose rites and practices are sacred. So the intuitive nudge to work with you is multi-dimensional and extends across the globe for me. Just overall grateful for the keys provided to me through that shamanic experience and for the doors of perception that have opened as a result. Your gift is very liberating. Thank you!

Working with Mindy has been absolutely transformational. Our sessions have left me feeling lighter, more grounded, more deeply in the world, and have opened up profound internal shifts for me. When I reflect on the work that she has helped to facilitate for me, I struggle to find words that accurately represent how deeply healing it has been. Mindy held space so generously, powerfully and gently, and led me through a deep and profoundly healing session. This session was very special to me and I want readers to know that Mindy has truly developed a great gift in tapping into the otherworld and working with the spirits.

The session gave me many morsels to chew on as I continue my own journey, and was filled with many hidden Easter eggs I expect will hatch as I devote more care and attention to them.

She repeatedly checked in to see where I was at emotionally before continuing on the journey which reminded me I was held for and cared for in the sacred space she called in. This felt especially kind and loving.

I’ve had other healing sessions with other folks that I have benefitted from as well, and I understand that in this kind of work one size does not fit all - but with Mindy the session flowed so naturally - so much so I found myself a bit surprised. 

Mindy was able to tap deeply into spirit with great ease and communicated the imagery so well, allowing space for questions and clarity. My impression is this came easier in my session with Mindy because she cultivated a space so full of mutual trust, respect and kindness naturally leading to a rich and deep session.

One thing I love about Mindy and her practice is her ability to go deep, while also retaining a sense of joy, humor and playfulness, hearing her laugh before dispensing a piece of wisdom or imagery seemed to be part of the healing itself, and is also so sweet!
